Just out of Gosford trying to get going but can't seem to motivate myself :hang1: knackered after our day yesterday lol

Bones

I'd say there will be a few Queenslanders walking like cowboys tonight after today's ride. 1000 km in the saddle in one day and sitting in the one position is a long way in anyone's book, even more so when your an old bloke.

I'm figuring that those that didn't have one, an Airhawk cushion might be on the shopping list in the future. :shout:

All a hush at the Banjo in Jindy at the moment!

I`m a bit lost for words that describe our first evening with these quiet ladies & Gentlemen of the road, but I`m sure someone will have some pics.

Our traditional pre ride, photo shoot gets underway in about six hours or so.

Dena & I snuck away yesterday arvo, to try a catch up with Charlie Boorman.(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charley_Boorman)
Big Clatter Clatter eminated from within our tail shaft drive as we headed up  Crackenback....Managed to nurse her back to the pub and tucked her away after some exploratory diagnosing....Guess we did push this 35 year old ancestor of the FJ a little on the way down, so she`s looking forward to a hitch on the back of a tow truck to get home.

Guess I`ll just mope around tha pub and see If I can think of somethin to entertain meself. (heehehe)

ummmm....I do have another bike here somewhere...and and And, someone kept feeding the rider taquila slammers last night! (apparently a tradition in Canada!)...`be a shame if he felt a bit crook and couldn`t ride for awhile!   :sorry:

Oh, good news is Charlie says he`ll catch up for some pics in the morn. (Even sponsored BMW riders love the FJ)  :drinks:

Doug,
Me thinks you might have stripped the splines on the tail shaft. I can do a mercy dash and meet you or one of your FJ brothers 1/2 way at Yass with a replacement shaft.

Jeff0308

That would be a real piss off. So far from home and then that. Oh well, on the upside. Your in a pub so drink up. Worry about the bike later.at least you have others around to help out.
