I am planning a trip to Vegas this winter. We are traveling in a 40 foot motorhome with a 25 foot trailer. We are taking eight people and eight bikes, mostly FJ's. We will need wheel chocks for the trailer. I remember some guys talking about some that were available. Can someone steer me to some good ones? We need eight so cost is somewhat of a factor.
Also we would like to meet some FJ riders while we are there. Dates will be set soon. Thanks in advance. John

I use a pair of these on my 4'x 8' trailer.

They work great, and can be had with the 20% off coupon about anytime.

Wow those are not expensive at all. Will check them out. Thanks . John

Hauling 8 bikes in a trailer, tie down spots will be at a premium. Going with the Harbor Freight wheel chokes and slight modification of the tie down plates, this kit solves front tie down issues and no worries of nylon straps marring the fairing paint.

I also added a piece of e-track down the center of the trailer, so I can add tie downs points wherever I want along there.

We do have e-track down the middle and on both walls. Not sure how it will work but we need to place at least 7 in the trailer. We can put one in the storage area of the motorhome. It will be a challenge for sure, but we have some time to configure it. When we know the dates and approx. area we are staying we will post up. It would be nice to do some rides with the west coast guys if available. John.

I am up for a ride with you guys. How about a general target date to help us avoid planning conflicts?

The three of us who are planning the trip are meeting this week to set the dates. Once we know for sure, I will post up. At this point mid February looks most likely. John

That is what I was looking for, now I can plan to keep that time flexible and more likely to be free to ride. Thanks.

Thanks Jake. We are getting a Princess Auto in St. Catharines soon. Won't have to drive to Stoney Creek.

We are leaving Southern Ontario on Feb the 12th. Driving straight to the west coast. We aren't sure where we will land at this point. Initially we were thinking of Vegas, however with a 40' motorhome and a 25' trailer we would prefer to cross the mountains as far south as possible. So we will likely arrive in Phoenix or somewhere close by the evening of the 14th. From there who knows.
Once we are sure of the route I will post up again.

Looking forward to meeting and riding with you guys...
