Okay, I was able to get those days off work today, so I am good to go.

Who ever is in charge of rooms, have them email me and I will get them the hotel info for you guys.

I know the mountain passes will be closed due to winter, but that doesn't mean we can run the little dragon and the lower elevations for a day.

The Little Dragon is an awesome run, short, but a bucket list ride....

I will be in touch with Randy regarding rooms. We will not change plans unless California is being washed away. Original 81 is right. We have the time off for a bike trip. We have an RV. We have a trailer. So we will go. New Orleans etc. was cold last year and we did 2500 k and had a blast doing it.
I can't wait.

21 more sleeps til the Magic Bus rolls through Detroit and down to California. We still plan to be in Oakdale on the Wednesday. We have booked a room there for two nights, so hopefully a bunch of guys can meet us at RPM Thursday for a nice ride hosted by Randy.
After we all purchased wheel chocks, a local car\ motorcycle Honda dealer decided to stop selling bikes. Because of this they had six e-track wheel chocks to sell at 50 bucks each, so our gracious host purchased them as well. As this trailer is set up for race cars it has three e-tracks on the floor and two on each wall. So we will have plenty of tie down points. Bikes will be secure.

God willing and the creek don't rise, hope to see you guys....

Well, with the local rains, the creek *is* rising...that being said, I should be able to make this shin-dig as well.  Am I to understand that there will be a ride on Thursday, 2/18?  Would love to join up with some of you on this impromptu occasion!   :good2:
Cap'n Ron. . .

Good deal, Ron. I would like to also extend this ride to anyone interested in joining. The weather is a big unknown but those guys will be here and hopefully we can get a dry ride in.

I have a basic ride thought out since the actual higher mountain roads are closed for the season due to snow.

If you are interested in joining in please shoot me an email and I will gladly include you with the schedule...when I get it sorted out.

I can tell you, we will be stands up by 10am from the RPM shop.

Awesome ! :good:

I'm so looking forward to the ride!!

*keep an eye out for any suspicious looking neighbours building a huge wooden ship in the woods. .... let us know ....
We could bring our wheel chocks and be prepared.

Hopefully all members, families , and friends are not affected by the flooding or fires.

I have the time off, so if the weather holds I will be there with Thermite. Anyone want to split the cost of a room near RPM?
