Hey Candman, I should be able to make the BBQ, if you have room for two more, the wife and I should be riding down in the 4 wheeler, and set up a tent for the night so we can enjoy a few cold ones by the fire. See you late afternoon, AK

Hey HAPPY BIRTHDAY Candman! We should be there Sat afternoon after a little shopping stop over at the big Vaughan Mall. The bicycle shorts instead of underwear definitly helped for the Rally, no saddle sores. Thankfully no one was wearing speedos.
How about some fresh Pickerel to add to the feast? If there is anything we need to bring besides drinks just let me know.

Mr Video here....figured out how to upload yet another HQ version of this ride....much clearer...in fact....if you look hard you may see two things unrocognizable on the original(due to fuzziness)......frame 5:35 we end up behind one of Ontarios finest (OPP Patrol car).....right at frame 6:09 you will finally see the black and white......and we were stuck there until he took off....and I mean bolted....at frame 6:40......we thought he went ahead to find a hiding spot to nail us...lol...but not the case...he dissappeared !!! one more note......if you look really close at me (the 2nd bike) at frame 6:25....I reached out and tried to grab the ass of this cute (female) cyclist on the right........ (popcorn)....and completely forgot about ole smokey in front of us..... :scratch_one-s_head:

Hey Jake, sorry to hear the bad news, next one for sure.

Kev, I'll do my best to get there, my only employee quit on a Sunday night a couple weeks back and I have been working my butt off to keep up since then.  If I make it, my god we are going to party man!

Shame about the folks who are having a hard to no chance of making it, but I know what it's like. Some people would have me working 8 days a week instead of the usual 7 if it was possible.
Here is a more detailed route. http://goo.gl/maps/21qPR
Zoom in and click on the icons for information. There shouldn't be any problem considering the range of FJ's. Just make sure by the time we leave Flynn's Corners you are looking good for about 100 km.

Sorry Bob's out. I would have suggested he take the lead on the 507.
Really folks, it's not a technical route or particularly challenging unless you are going well over posted limits. I'm a very modest rider and it's just a way I get to #3 which is curvy and leads in to Haliburton which is scenic. 507 is closed in by trees almost the whole way. However, a truck lost it on the 507 last week and I've see a minivan rolled up against some rocks so it's not a place to day dream.

The map has two routes back - red and green. We might find there is no time to go to Haliburton and Minden (red route). Your call when we get to Gooderham which is basically just a junction. The home stretch into the GTA I figure CanDman knows a good way so I left it off.

Hopefully we are in Bobcaygeon around a time most people feel like eating lunch and it's not too early because it's the most amenable town. Then work up an appetite for the BBQ the rest of the ride except for coffee/pee breaks and fuel top off. Trust me, I'm not as organized as I might sound.

For the couple joining from Napanee, of the two locations to rendezvous, you'd like Bobcaygeon much much more if you're early and if you run behind, the group has plenty to see in the mean time. No contest with Omemee which is where I plan to wait for the Port Perry group. You'd also like arriving from the east via the Buckhorn side along 36 instead of Hwy 7 and Pigeon Lake Road.

Charlie.
