Righto fellas. No more excuses,.... from ANYONE!!!!!
I offer a spare bed and bike , no steak knives, fair dinkum.
Bed and bike already paid, so just your grub, grog, and fuel (perhaps oil, don't know yet, plus you have to get to Nowra).
No more excuses (or stealth mode you lurkers!).
First in best dressed!

Troy, you haven't told them the catch in your offer. The "lucky" recipient also gets to spend a night at Bermagui and the has to put up with us all the way to Harrretville via all the nastiest, twistiest roads we know.   :diablo:

Hey - that's a secret and only reserved for those slower than me :blum2:

Started the beast up yesterdaisy and took her around the block (before the storm hit). Sweet. New Wilbers shock is now showing up the front end  :shout:
Now I will have to work on that R6 front end again Pete. Noticed the original forks seals are weeping again........... :empathy3:

Will be sorting the cracked belly pan today, along with an oil change, new clutch plates and fit the bigger oil cooler. Maybe look at those front engine mounts while I'm at it.
Still thinking of something..................

Troyskie

Jools, are you coming down to Petes' with me?

Started on some prep work for the Fj rally in March. I won't able to get the fairing redone, but hopefully the rest of "Sparkles"  will be sparkling.  Started on polishing the headers tonight but still too hot in the shed at 9pm.

And, another variation on your original route Ray.  https://goo.gl/maps/bFU77QNzZLx
This is a bit more than 100 kms longer, but will save the center of your tires some wear :-)
It avoids the 2 horrors of N/S travel, Sydney and the Hume (M31), while still being fairly direct.

While the Warrenbungles are interesting, the ride to and from is not.
Note: the "scenic drive" there was all horrendous washboard the last time I was there.

Wee Jasper road is dirt........Just so you know..
