Hi all
Dave and I will be heading down to Pete and Alfs on Wednesday will see you all on Friday. :yahoo: :yahoo:
Will be on the FJ this year so not as many wheel stands. :lol

G'day Tony, give me a call when you have talked to Troy and have got your plan together. If you could get down here at around 5pm, that leaves a bit of daylight to drive you guys around town for a bit of a sight seeing tour. Also leaves plenty of time to shed the FJ's and we might even have time left for a beer.
There's a BP servo on the way into Bermi so fuel up there so we can get a clean break in the morning. We've got a BBQ dinner organised so don't fill up on junk food on your way down. Did I mention that we may even have time for a beer or two. :drinks:
Regards, Pete.

Darran,

Would you like me to bring a thermal vest for you? :-)
Wouldn't want you to freeze up on that mountaintop.
Besides, doesn't that FJR come with heated everything?

Mmmm, full leathers or Dri Riders with the chance of a sprinkle? The temp range seems to be dropping each day, will have to pack a light jumper me thinks. Only so much room in the panniers :)

Only on top of the mountains, where we are staying is mid 20's for the 3 days.

Yeah, that's the kind of weather that the Qld'ers think requires 'lecky vests, woolen scarves, and fur-lined undies.  Horses for courses, they just have thin blood :-)

You're a mud seeking missile Tony. You seem to go along way off the beaten track to find muddy rough roads.  :rofl2:
Looking forward to catching up with you.
