Can anyone tell me the Allen head size for the clutch cover 86 fj1200,thanks

If yours has allen-head screws for the clutch cover, they may not be factory?  :unknown:

I think Yamaha originally used regular metric bolts, with an 8mm head on them.  :scratch_one-s_head:

Try 5mm

5mm allen key should be the correct size for the 6mm bolts.
