Replacing clutch

Can anyone tell me the Allen head size for the clutch cover 86 fj1200,thanks

If yours has allen-head screws for the clutch cover, they may not be factory? 

I think Yamaha originally used regular metric bolts, with an 8mm head on them.

My '89 has flange head bolts that take an 8MM socket.

Try 5mm

   5mm allen key should be the correct size for the 6mm bolts.

Why don't you try your Allen keys in one??
