clutch wont work

HI
installed new ebc clutch kit and by trying it with cover off clutch lever worked fine
i didnt try to shift gears
next i put cover on and change oils to engine
then i run engine warm
next i tried clutch lever , it was kinda sticky and hard to use
and it was impossible to get gears on.
so how ican proceed?

When you say a clutch kit, did that include new fiber plates/rings? If yes, then did you soak them over night in oil? When you tried the clutch lever with the cover off, was the clutch fully assembled, spring and all? Less important, what weight oil did you fill with?

yes new fiber plates/rings and spring and idid soak plates few hours before installing.
clutch was fully assembled and spring in right torgue
oil is motul 5100 10w40

hope that helps to diagnose the problem

Hard or difficult shifting is normally caused by the clutch plates not fully disengaging. The plates are sticking or dragging and the friction is preventing easy shifting. The new clutch pack could be too thick, or the clutch slave may not be giving full travel. I would bleed the clutch hydraulics. This allows you flush out any old fluid and remove any air that might be in the system. When trouble shooting I like to do the easy/simple stuff first.

Can you roll the bike around in gear with the clutch lever pulled in?

yes ican roll bike, but now i remember: i pulled short part from part that moves clutch off and change
o-ring coud that cause to get air to clutch?

hydraulics bleeded and clutch working fine i ewen burn some rubber in my garage :yahoo:
