Today mounted correct front fender . Looked at rear axel assembly,rotor bolts touch caliper mount . Are the spacerers reversed on the rear axle? All parts are there clearances are none. Do I take material off the brake mount ? Does the alinment look good? Painted the cleaned up center stand too. Tidied up bearing cap for front end eveything looks straight there. Syncing carbs tomorrow I love that noise. after that install
Gas tank with shielded vent hose. Getting closer he he he. Notice CF blast shield.

On the rear wheel , if that is the 92 fj  16" stock wheel then you have the wrong spacer on the brake side.

please clarify what wheel you are using..

spacer needs to be wider for proper rotor to caliper alignment.

Wheel is from a FJ1200 1992 . I ordered the spacer for the brake side.
Today sync'ed the carbs,baffles too much I may remove them,Idles nicely, installed the gas tank ,sticker on rear cowling (important),inspected new pumps (cool).
Pick up CF blast shield tomorrow to start brackets ,install pumps, rebuild rear brake pump.
Pixs include proper front fender.

Installed new master pumps, excellent feel,no switches though. new mock up with CF blast shield, rebuilt rear master cylinder install tomorrow

I'd like some opinions on weather I should use the lower cowling? If I do I would make up a CF version. Anybody interested in getting one too?
