Before you pull your carbs, check the sync. Perhaps the throttle plate in carb#1 isn't open enough.

The answer to your question is: True

Holla

Rear brake assembly is done finally thanks to FJmonkey's parts. Reblead all Hydrolics, all feels good. Cowling Brackets done, rubber isolated. Small wiring to be done,Tach, headlites, rear brake switch, and clutch starter by-pass switch. Done! Off to test, I hope.

Cheers

Looking really good Cash.. I can't wait to see it on the road.... Finding out what the exhaust sounds like makes me want to follow you for your next ride....  :drinks:
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Just a note, the paint is primer, the final "color" will be mono-chomatic with a matte finish.

Red air scoopes?

I voted Yes, but only if the wheels stay red.... The lines work for me with the wheels...

I can always use constructive criticism, I like help when it comes to getting better at what we enjoy. I just hope you have your FJ this time, don't want to be held up by an under powered lead bike..... :empathy:

Picture one is best IMO --- black scoops  although I like the last pic but maybe with the black scoops.

How about Black scoops but the inside of the scoops paint red.

Arnie

I prefer the black scoops, but what would look extra good in either color would be for the scoops to be a bit larger so they filled that upper triangle space completely. Shouldn't be too hard for a man with your skills to do a bit of glass layup.

Cash,
Wow, that is really looking good.

If you were coming up behind me (and I had my good Honda mirror upgrade in place), I'd think I was being followed by that annoying little robot in the "Transformers" movie series. It's just something about that front view.

Keep going, Mon! Lotta work.
