When we get a chance to ride with your FJ we will need to mount your GoPro to my bike. Get some good moving shots of your FJ. And get a chance to hear that exhaust.

Did a static test. Clutch works, rear wheel is driven,rear brake works,Engine runs but not well. So I'm pulling the carbs and cleaning them,again,as I do the last wiring and cowling mounts. It's closer and closer. This blog is a life saver. Thanks for all the info and support.

Closer and closer. Ultrasonic cleaned emulsion tubes,put it back together, starts and runs low speed, cuts out on throttle. Resync the carbs. try again. New Mockup with windshield.
Rode it around the block, no clunks, drips, or fires, except no throttle responce . Getting eager to ride this ......

Your bike is looking great!  And, I enjoy seeing all the pics you've been posting.

BUT, could you please reduce the resolution you're putting them up at, please?
14Mpx won't display any better than 2Mpx on a "full hd" monitor, so I'm not able to see any more detail, and it takes a long time to display (and I'm on ADSL, some who are on dial up just won't be able to view).
In addition, the cost to move all that data for fjowners.com has got to mount up.

Cash, I've been following you're build also and it's really fallin together quite nicely. Impressive C/F work and that shortened seat is way cool! Are you gonna do a windshield...I think it looks pretty baddass without I.M.P. +1 to the black scoops. I too have to wait quite a spell to view you're pics...love 'em though. Yup, 14 MP is a bit tough on my ADSL as well.  And like Arnie I am enjoying the progress reports.  Unlike Arnie, I expect to see your bike in person soon.  :drinks:

More wiring to be done. Tach,Headlite.

I rode it today around a left hand circle at about 20mph feels good and the radial pump for the clutch is like butter ummm good . still more carb tuning.

Rides are longer and longer. Got to Nukeum's. Still having carb issues , solving them one at a time. Running Seafoam and gas through the carbs is helping. Also tech support at Dynojet is a resource. Step by step. One more Bracket for cowling to stop the bouncing it's CF . I like the way it handled on Hyw2, brakes are mega,horn is still ugly.

It seems the carbs are sorted except what seems like fuel starvation at points. Could be the petcock: vacuum type .... Runs and stops as it should. Final bracket for cowling fabricated from CF, stainless wired to chassis, cowling is stable no bounce. Red Scoops:thanks for voting
