Hey there,
I found a pair of 1998 YZR R1 blue dot calipers at a good price and I am interested with buying them. I am looking to confirm that it is the right part to mount on FJ1200 forks and wheel.

Yes, they'll work fine IF your FJ is one that has the 17" front wheel and 4 piston brakes.  IIRC, that means 89+ year bikes.
