I use that same type trouble shooting test light myself quiet often for tracing down wiring problems quickly in trailers and auto's. The point is nice because you can just punch into a wire and sample it.
Now if we could reduce the size in half, put in a audible continuity checker that would be nice for a motorcycle or ATV. Any tool designers out there  :rofl2:.
A few years ago a friend gave me a cheap digital volt meter that was approximately  1 1/4 " X 2" long. It is real small and cheap but find it handy to pack along.

Riders,

Okay, it's not just a test light.  I have not used this exact gadget, but I have used one similar, in the past.  Although not 2" in size, this one may be worth a look. Auto-OFF, AC volts, DC volts, continuity beeper, resistance, diode test, senses hot AC without contact.  US$40 and Amazon has a good return policy, if you are not impressed.

P.S. Life is too short, and health is too valuable, to ride on cheap parade-duty tires.

That looks pretty good. Is the item really 10.7 x 3.9 x 2.4 inches or is that the box size ? If you could get something on that order but smaller it would be perfect. And maybe that dimension is the box or shipping size. ???
