Stock needles have any washers?

So I got my jets in and it gives you these washers to shim the needles and these needles already have two little washers under the e clip. Are these already shimmed or is this stock and I need to add two more?

Stock needles were not shimmed (AFAIK), your needles have bee raised to make the circuit richer. If you need more then add more shims... Or get after market needles with more groove options for the clip ring...
