What are these 2 wires/connectors?

On the right side of the bike, by the fuel pump on my 92 FJ1200, there are two electrical connections not connected to anything.
Does anyone know what they are for?
The white plug has two wires going into it and not plugged into anything, and the blue connector is crimped off.

California emissions valve to prevent the bowels from venting, the valve directed the fumes to charcoal cans in the front when the ignition is off. It is switched with the ignition so a good accessory connection.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Is that the white connector or the blue one?

FJMonkey is spot on in regards to the white connector...it's unused by the factory unless yours is a CA emissions model.  Now the blue connector on the other hand...let me go look at mine to refresh my memory, but it's definitely not crimped off like that...

Mine is a Cali emmissions model, and it's kind of hard to see, but the white connector has two wires, a black and a brown one going into it and it isn't plugged into anything, it's laying on top of another white connector with lots more wires in it.

Okay...chased that little bugger down.  There is a matching opposite gender blue connector plugged in to that with two wires.  They quickly go into a sleeve and run across the bike under the carbs to the port side.  Then it weaves over the starter and under the generator...then in front of the oil filter housing and is ultimately connected to the side-stand safety switch.  I know some folks have bypassed this in the past to troubleshoot a non-cranking problem.  Hope that helps!

The other one (white connector with a black and brown wire isn't used on your bike.  As FJMonkey pointed out, it is a switched power connector and would be easy to wire an accessory to...
