So looking at the wheels by themselves I dont really like the look of the wheel but it may look different actually on a bike. I have tryed searching on here and on google but I am just having trouble finding to many pictures. This will also give some people the chance to show off there sweet bikes as well  :good2:
Thanks guys.

The fzr and gsxr wheels look exactly like the curved spoke fj ones, if you buy the 87-92 years
unless you ride bikes, I mean really ride bikes, then you just won't get it

Fjmods should have what you're looking for. I think it's fjmods.co.uk.

Not everyone understands what a completely rational process this maintenance of a motorcycle is. They think it's some kind of a knack or some kind of affinity for machines in operation. They are right, but the knack is almost purely a process of reason.

True but I actually like the split spoke look of the FJ wheel rather than just like a tri-blade style wheel

Here are photos of the GSXR rear mod and the FZR front mod that I have, The rear wheel is from a 92' GSXR750 and the front is from a 88' FZR750R. Hope this helps.

Are those stunning wheels of yours powdercoated or painted Alan?

I had them powdercoated, and then I polished the lips.................That was a pain in the ass! But they turned out nice, and it was worth it in the end.

Hi Guys.

I have the 88 fzr1000 17" 3.5 front & 18" 4.5 on the rear.....

Polishing is hard, dirty, tedious & time consuming work!

Stay rubber side down.

If you want to go to 17 inch rims but still keep a split spoke style, keep a lookout for some old Performance Machine (PM) Chicaine rims.  Hard (but not impossible) to find - especially FJ specific.  Other models can be made to work - the bearing carriers/rotor/sprocket carriers bolt to the center section.  Would not be a difficult task to modify or even remake them -- I had to bore the ID to fit a larger gearing on mine since I adapted them to the R1 front end.  They are usually polished - I had to black them out of course!
