1st Ontario Rally ...Calabogie

Ladies and gentlemen...it is official. As of this morning, I have reserved a chalet at "The Sands on Golden Lake" for the weekend of September 20th and 21st for the Friday and Saturday nights. Two rooms in the 1 chalet are available and 2 chalets (sleep 6) are still available. There are rooms with various options for members to pair up and split the room cost. Couples are welcome.....in fact anyone is welcome if you should want to bring a friend, or a relative. Rooms can be held without paying, you only need to provide a credit card to secure the room and payment can be made upon checkout. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy but I would suggest if you are pairing up with another member, that you prepay the room.
 I have booked a separate room for the Thursday night, as I will be playing a round of golf there on the Friday and moving into the Chalet when I finish my golf game. Once you have committed to attending...please add your name to the list below as a confirmation as well as where you will be coming from. Also indicate if you will be alone or with someone and the room you have reserved. There is plenty of time before this event however I would like to make all aware that this was the only weekend available to a group and securing your room should be done as soon as possible to ensure your participation in "Ontario's 1st Summer Rally". Please do not be afraid to make any suggestions...all cameras and video are encouraged. A video and photos will be posted of the event...so bring your camera gear as well. The Rally rides will be throughout the Calabogie area on Saturday and Sunday; Sundays ride ending around 3. Look forward to seeing you there

•   Check-in time is 3:00PM. If you plan on arriving later than 8:00PM we ask you call ahead to arrange for a late check-in.
•   The Sands is 100% smoke free and pet free in all our guest rooms.
•   Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required.

Thats great Bob.... I was hoping you and Dan could help put together some route options. You will have to at least stay the one night for the Bonfire and social BS...... (I mean.....campfire stories... )
Plus... I will be firing up the BBQ al weekend.....and I plan on a feast !!!!

...as matter of fact.... I have booked an hour with Inga after my golf round.......I think Sven is still available though......I've  heard he really knows how to take out a knot...... hehehehhehe.  Anyone and everyone is welcome and I would like to extend a special invitation to our good friends to the south. Any of you living in the good ole US of A are more than welcome to join us...in fact consider this a special invite to all of you. There is some great fishing up here if you want to bring your pole......just don't mention it to Sven...he might get a bit.....crazy
