It's been a while since I last posted here. I bought 2 foglamps and installed them. here is how it looks. I'll try to get better pictures in the morning. I will also install a voltmeter in the future  :good2: I think its too bright.  :wacko3:

Nice add on. I just bought a set of small 55 watt driving lights from Walmart yesterday for a whopping 18.95 includes wiring, fuse and a switch...
I am going to put a switch in the system (I will not use the one supplied with the light's as I want one more water proof). I don't want them on all the time as running lights. I want them for night and low vis only.  In the future I would like to put a volt meter in also.

In an unrelated note at Walmart in the auto section they have a large display of junk accessories (in light blue blister packs). In that mix of stuff there have "door edge guards" coiled up in a blister pack. They look pretty close to the trim used around the windshield and also on the inside side "dash" panels where they butt up against the fairing sides.

I just ran all over town trying to find some door edge molding for that purpose, and did locate some that looked good form an auto accessory shop and then I see them at Walmart down the road #$#%$@.. :dash2:

Today it's new chain day and tomorrow wire for lights and prewire for future Supertone horns........ Always something !

I like where you mounted your lights. Low and wide. Around here after dark and early in the morning, it is deer and cows on the edge of the road that you have to watch out for. Deer are well known here for bolting out right in front of a car or motorcycle. One almost got me many years ago. When in Nevada on two lane roads at night I would ride almost dead center of the road when possable to give me as much time as I could get to avoid a critter collision. It gets lonesome on hwy 93 at 2:00 AM.....
