Well, I am down to my last few oil filter adapters that I had made. My question to the group is, how many out there, who haven't done the upgrade are going to be doing it in the future.

The machine shop that made them last time has told me the order level I made last time is not enough for them to do again; They want me to order 100 minimum. I am currently checking with several other machine shops as well.

So, I guess I need to know if there is enough interest for me to lay out that investment and order 100, or if I should keep working try to get another shop to make a smaller quantity for around the same price.

Please let me know, Randy

I would love one also.  Let me know how to go about ordering.  I'm due for an oil change before the end of the season and would like to install it at the same time.

count me in
I'm running out of time with fall coming
Maybe another 6-8 weeks of riding then I'll have to buy a heated vest
If it's not broken, fix it anyways

I expect I'll want one sooner or later. But since I just changed my oil, ask me again in about 2800 mi. ;)

I've often been asked, 'What do you old folks do now that you're retired'?

"Well. I'm fortunate to have a chemical engineering background, and one of the things I enjoy most is turning beer, wine, Scotch, and margaritas into urine."

How come you don't run eBay auctions for the adaptor?  There are thousands of FJ's out there that aren't on the forums.

I might have to do that if I have to buy 100 to keep the price down.

Between my day job, my racing and racecar repair work as well as my honey do's, it has been a time issue.

I started this to be a help to the FJ group back in from Yahoo days. I never wanted to take on more work than this group, but I have given that some thought.

Adam,
I tried to join that group last week, but have yet to be accepted. Someone else told me the same thing, and I tried to get registered.

Thanks, Randy
