Friday about 5 or 6 pm I ordered some fork valves from RPM, the next day (Saturday) Randy sent me an email confirming my order. Monday what do I find in my mailbox? Shit that was fast. Randy exceeding all expectations.

I agree, Randy takes care of us. I ordered a Fork Brace last Sat. and it arrived in the mail last Monday. Incredible service at RPM, Thanks for all you do.

Howdy,

Hell, I was at the R.P.M. shop one day and forgot to take the part I purchased with me.

When I arrived home the part was on my door step waiting for me... and I live five hours away!

Now that was FAST service.

Hey, has anyone seen my cowboy hat...?

Midget.

Even parts for 3XW's get there quicker!

I must be the only one having trouble.
Orderd part on 30 march said it had been sent that day still waiting.
I am sure it will turn up just want to finish the bike.

Tony,

Based on your post, I went back and checked on your order. You did place the order at 0247 hours on 3/30, I shipped the same day at 1426 hours that same Saturday.

You selected 1st class mail and the USPS offers the following delivery time; "14-21 business days(*)" The (*) states that receiving country customs restrictions might delay delivery time.

I have already forwarded you an email with the customs form number so you can follow up with your customs and see if they are holding the package for inspection/verification. I understand your frustration in the delay, but unfortunately I lose control of the package after I give to a shipping company. The other issue is the customs requirements of the purchasers country and if they decide they need to look at the package hold it even longer.

The one thing I can offer to you, as well as all other international customers, Priority Mail Service is estimated at delivery of 7-10 business days with the same customs disclaimer. But, I have found that most of the Priority packages make it to the buyer in the 7-10 days and usually do not get held up by customs.

Since you are still in the delivery window of 1st class at 7-8 business days since the package was sent, you might have to wait it out a little longer.

My fork brace arrived this earlier this week, under 7 days to uk, and not held up in customs, very pleased with it and the service as always.

Yep, he sure is fast. Sent my order in last Sat. and just picked it up today(Apr.11@2pm). Awesome, and a good price for everything, specifically the clutch master. Stealer wanted 140 for it.Thanks Randy :yahoo: :yahoo: :good2: :good2:

I am also VERY impressed with the service I have received from Randy.  Very professional, fast service and extremely satisfied with the products he offers for our aging FJ's.  I just installed Renntec engine bars, crampbuster control and protector shields for the forks.  Next order:  rear shock??

Thanks a ton Randy!
