I am in the process of installing a Thunder Ace swingarm on my 93 and the information posted by Marc Rittner on the site FJ modifications http://www.fjmods.co.uk/index-2.html was my inspiration. Thank you Marc and all the people who pioneered this modification. To add my find to the list, the thrust bearings used from YZF750 are about $35.00 each from Yamaha, what I found is VBX also caries these bearings for $3.95 each http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PROD/Kit8673. I hope this helps anyone who is doing a swindarm swap and needs these bearings as I finish this modification if there is anything else I will post it. Thanks again to everyone who answered questions and those who posted previously about this modification.
