Hi Baldy,

I live on the southside at Waterford West which is near Logan.

Got my first bike in 1973 a CB350 Honda. Last bike was a Honda Blackbird.

Have had a number of Japanese bikes over the years including 650 Yamaha twin and 750 Triple etc.

My first big bike was a Honda CB750 K2.

I am in the process of doing the R1 front brake and Barnett clutch modifications mentioned on the forum.

chasg

Hi just signing in again to give you un update to how things are progressing with the FJ.

Finally finished doing the mods  l wanted to do on the FJ today.

R1 brake calipers.
Bartnett clutch conversion
HID Hi/Low headlight.
Handlebar conversion with grip puppies
Gps.
Modified ventura rack with top top box
Modified double bubble screen which l had spare from when l sold my Blackbird.

Havent ridden the FJ much as l have been looking after my wife after her operation and doing these mods.

She is better now so l hope to get out on the bike over the next few weeks.

Hey mate, welcome aboard.  Plenty of Aussies here with a dozen or so in and around the Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast area.  You don't seem to have wasted any time in modifying your bike.   :good2:
