09262-20014 1992 suzuki rear wheel bearing size

Having just changed to the 1992 Suzuki GSX-R750 5.5 inch rear wheel, I am already hearing wheel bearing noise although I installed new All Balls Kit and only put on about 3,000 kms on it.

I looked the number up online but could only come with measurements for 2 of the 3 bearings.  The cush drive bearing part number is 09262-25073 and measures 25 x 62 x 17.  The sprocket side bearing is part number 09262-20042 and measures 20 x 47 x 14.  The brake side bearing part number is 09262-20014 but I cannot find a measurement for this bearing.  Would anyone know what size this bearing is or happen to have on at home that they could measure.  I have looked up a lot of cross-reference charts online but cannot find anything for that bearing.

93fj1200-in the replacement bearings I got, 2 of the bearings were the same size...the smaller bearing that goes on each side

The sprocket carrier is the cush drive or vice versa, whatever you want to call it.

Thanks Tony, that helps a lot. Next time I will be writing down and taking measurements on every bearing for my notebook.  I thought that "All Balls" bearings were good quality but I stand corrected after only this short amount of time.

Being not 100% clear on whether he'd actually changed that one or not (many people will do the wheel only), I thought I would ask, considering that both of the rear wheel bearing failures I have had on the FJ were the one in the sprocket carrier.  It'd be a shame to trash two fairly new bearings if that were the case.

Greg - sounds like the bearings are getting side loaded. Is the inner spacer the correct length?  On the Suzuki rims, do they "float" the bearing on one side?  Would suck to buy new bearings and have a repeat.

Not sure what you mean by float the bearing, my friend. I used the original parts plus spacers to fit, nothing else. Everything seemed in good shape, even the bearings but changed them anyway, to be on the safe side.

Yes check the spacer between the cushdrive and the wheel the "all from the same bike " spacers. That I got. Were actually a mixture of parts. The spacer should not move from side to side. Like mine did until I figured out what I actually had. And got all the correct parts
