2013 West Coast Rally Dates.

Want to confirm the WCR is May 30 to June 2.  Donna has to pick her holidays this week. 

Looking forward to seeing the crew again and riding some new roads. Also planning to spend a couple days in San Francisco since its so close.

Chicken Capitol of the world . Isn't that where American Graffiti was filmed ?  I might be in error but I think the "Drive Inn" last I seen it was a Century 21 office.. Down town was kinda retro. Like stepping back in the fifty's. Cool.

I too would like to schedule vacation time ASAP.
Anyone else in the know for the 2013 WCR can chime in as well.
I have been wanting to make this Rally since joining FJOwners, and it would make the 3rd different rally in as many years for me, so I'm pretty excited about it.

(Is it too early to start talking about next summers rallys?)

I too, am looking forward to the WCR next summer.......So far, the WCR is my favorite of the 2 rallies I have attended......Partly because of the roads, and I think more so due to the adventure of riding there and back with Erich from Phoenix..........It was Epic !

Hopefully the dates will surface soon......Got to start planning up my summer trips...

The WCR as always been the weekend after memorial day.  2013 memorial day is Monday May 27th.

Derek - sorry for the delay on this - I didn't see it till now.  Yes you are correct.  The dates are spot on.  Arriving May 30th - Ride 1 on Friday May 31st - Ride 2 on Saturday June 1st - Departing Sunday June 2nd. 

Yes - this is at the Petaluma KOA.  I'll start a new sticky topic with the details.

American Graffiti was filmed there but the diner has been recently renovated and replaced to look less like the film. G-D streets are still there and Mcnears is definitely retro for the downtown experience, with a small area for moto parking.
