I thought id say warning in the title,to give people who dont like chops the option not to bother looking! :wacko2:
My good friend Robbie, who has built more than one FJ engined bike is at it again.
Form over function goes out the window,so purists and people who ride bikes like they should be ridden, look away now.

It wont handle, but its a chop!

One bike being built over here in the uk that also uses an FJ engine is this,a suzuki katana with yam engine and a turbo.
Thats much more like it!!!

It shows that theres more than one way to use an FJ engine.
I fancy a suzuki gs1150e fitted with a spare yam engine myself.

Havoc

Katanaha looks better from the other side at the moment, that head cooler feed line is 2" too short, I feathered the braided S/S and had to trim, doh.

Loving your HUC projects, been watching. Got a hard tail in the garage myself.

FJ here though, not sure about the clutch driven charger, would fit. Might be less effort hanging it out front and driving it from the crank? Nutter :wacko1:

Thats a great looking chop. I seem to recognise it from somewhere, but im not sure where?

Here's a pic of the supercharger fitted on its last home,a one off NSU (car engine)chop.

In a new home, where it doesnt fit!

It would look nice mounted on an fj engine. Robbie my chop building buddy discussed the idea of machining an adapter to fasten the small pulley wheel to drive from the clutch, but it needs some thought.
With all the projects i have,it'll be 2020 before i get it done!

It's been around a while, and is my prefered ride to partys, shows etc. Does the Dragon every year, and the Farmyard, Bulldog too a couple of times.

No more V Twins here though. Phil Fluffy and friends are the guys to ask about charging... No experience here :flag_of_truce:

The more i look at Havoc's Katana with its FJ engine the more i feel the need to build something similar, either a GS1150e with an FJ engine(gsx1100efe in the UK),or use my kawasaki z1000r (kz1000r) chassis, which has been raked at the front and has a stupidly long drag race swingarm. Ive bought a brand new chop frame to build an fj chop, but the idea seems to be slipping out of interest. I suppose i can always sell that one on.
