Anyone seen TeeeCeee ?

About 3-4 weeks ago TeeCee and I agreed on my buying the Carbtune he had for sale.
He was supposed to send it and once I'd seen it (his choice), I'd paypal him the $$.

Anyhow, I haven't received it and I've been trying to contact him via PM here, email, and phone call.
I have not been able to get any reply.  ??

I'd like the Carbtune, but I have other gauges to use anyhow. 

I'm worried something may have happened to him.

So, has anyone here talked or emailed or seen him in the last couple of weeks?
Please let me know.
