Great work mate :good2:, like the white wheels, thought of  painting my front to match the gsxr ,but would of stood out a lot on a black bike ,,,  I'm glad someone else has rain too
unless you ride bikes, I mean really ride bikes, then you just won't get it

Do like an 86 with white wheels. Well, one at least.
Beware of a white rear wheel, you'll be forever cleaning it. Had an 89 VFR750, red with white wheels. Looked great just after a bath, but a few miles later the wheels looked like they'd been at the bottom of the sea for a century.

White rims look awesome, so i think its worth the effort..

Ahh... So your on the little one then, eh?

Funny how it is when youve done something to the bike, and the "to do" list just keep on growing? :good2:
Shit, I just added the exhaust to the list for this winter... Hopefully Randy have them ready by then...
Would soon need a second job just to feed the moditus budget....  :dash2:

That is of course, up to you.  In my case, if I could find the Japanese man that designed my GSX-R to have white wheels: I would slap him.

They are a royal pain in the ass to clean.

Somehow, slapping a japanese designer kinda reminds me of all the weird tvshows they got :wacko1:

But i do agree that white rims are alot of work though... :pardon:

Black isn't any better....  :dash2: Also hard to keep clean.

I've had, and had to clean, both black and white wheels George.  White is orders of magnitude worse, seems to me.

White wheels are simply not worth the aesthetics, such that they may be.  I have actually seriously considered having my white wheels painted black.

I concur the White wheels are a major Pain In the Ass to keep clean, I have them... But they look really good on my Ambulance colored 86'. If you don't want them... Don't get them.. Nuff said....

Lube chain... Clean rear wheel... Ride... Clean rear wheel.... Lube chain... Clean rear wheel, Lube chain..... Etc...
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

'86 Ambulance - Bent frame, cracked case, due for an overhaul
'89 Stormy Blue - Suits my Dark Side

My Gixxer has white wheels.  If I could find the Japanese engineer/ designer that thought this was a good idea, I swear I'd punch him.

White wheels suck.
