91 1200 swing arm on older 84 fj1100

Hi is a easy thing to swap out a newer 91 fj1200 swingarm on a older 84 1100. I see the shock linkage is different, but is it a bolt on item if I have all the newer linkage,please if anyone can help please let me no thanks in advance,
