Does anyone have the proper fuel line routing? Mine is scuffed up so I cant see it.

Not sure what model you have, but line comes out of the y piece wraps around the carb bracket on top of carb, and goes under the two inlet lines and back to the tank (popcorn)
unless you ride bikes, I mean really ride bikes, then you just won't get it

nope she sure hasnt. I have narrowed it down to the fuel line or petcock. I just replaced the fuel line and routed it properly. It ran fine on prime but in the on position it died like it was out of gas... Soo I think I need to replace the O ring in the petcock put I am not sure.

Wouldnt happen to be an 84 ,, have one here doing the same thing,, needles seal fine dousnt drip fuel,  so im leaving the tap on prime

Nope its an 85 but I believe I don't have the stock petcock as it has a reserve. I have heard that replacing an "O" ring in the petcock will fix this. Will try soon!

no worries, do you have a pic of the tap , also if its still vacume operated make sure the vac line hasn't got a hole in it and sucking air

If it's the stock petcock then you've either got a bad vacuum line or the diaphragm is torn.
It has 2 positions:
ON flows fuel ONLY when a vacuum is present (i.e. when the engine is running)
PRIME flows fuel all the time.  Prime is NOT a reserve, it only bypasses the vacuum function.

Replacing the o-ring will not help fuel flow.  A bad o-ring causes the petcock to leak fuel (into the fuel line, not on the ground) when there is no vacuum present.

Its not a stock one as it has the reserve. It seems to be running ok (Not Great) now. For some reason in order for it to idle properly I have the idle mixture screws one screw out after cleaning my carbs.
