The "FJ" and "1200" are still the factory installed decals.
The pink stripped decal on the lower fairing was made at a print shop, as the OE decal is no long available.
The "Yamaha" decal on the lower fairing was bought off ebay.
And the "Dragon" decal can only be bought in Deals Gap, rite of passage sort of thing.

The swing arm is off an 89 model.
Kinda hard to polish the stock steel 91 swing arm!
Yes, that's right, I changed the swing arm just so I could polish the damn thing!
I like to call it "OCD"! LOL!

Is it just me or does Leon's text and background have a shinier look than other member's posts???
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Leon (and Pat and others...)

You guys with the stellar clean bikes scare me...LOL

Very nice indeed!

Very nice bike. I see that you have the single muffler and the center stand. Can you tell me where you located the center stand stopper.

Thanks,
Mark

Thank you Mark.

No, I have dual mufflers, check the pictures again.
The center stand just rest on the bottom side of the mid pipe.
Seems to work OK without any rattles.

I have the center stand and single exhaust.  Stand will hit chain and bounce around if I didn't do anything to prevent it.  I cut some 1/4" rubber sheet to fit into the space between the frame and the stand at the pivot point.  Carefully located it, stuck it there with interference fit and some silicone adhesive, and viola...  no rattle, no chain rub, no visible modification.  Looks like it just works and it does.

Let me know if my description is too cryptic and I'll try again or maybe get a pic (although that might be tough due to location).

My Kerker system came with a small "L-bracket" that you mount on the left side centerstand pivot bracket...........It keeps the centerstand from moving up too far and contacting anything.

Which Delkevic model is that, Leon?
The 18''?

I looked at the oval "stubby" carbon fiber silencers (they just look mean), but don't fancy loosing the center stand, even though it's easy to put back.

Overall they are 18".
The actual muffler shape is 14".

I really like the sound of them, but I'm tempted to get a pair of their round, stubby mufflers without baffles.
Just to help wake up the neighbors in the morning! LOL!
