I'm in the exact same situation: new DID zvmx 530 chain, new sprockets... and in need of the rivet tool.
Aside from mail order, any suggestions for finding one in the Greater Toronto Area?
I need to get this done before Saturday... don't want to miss the rescheduled local group ride (again).

I will have the DID chain tool in hand tomorrow and I can send it out tomorrow afternoon as well.

Shoot me an email if you need me to do that.

Got a chain tool from GP Cycle in Whitby. On sale for $67. Worked great. Changed out the 49 tooth rear sprocket (yes, forty nine) for a 40, so I'm now running 18/40. Works well for me. So smooth now. Well worth it.
