OK FJ Family

Who has a good recommendation for riding gear for those of us north of a 50 inch waist?

I prefer to ride with good quality gear, but due to my size and the cost of the gear I tend to find myself riding with jeans long sleeve shirts with a leather vest during the hot months. I rarely see anything for the Big Guys that is reasonably price. Even when I find stuff on sale I generally have a problem finding summer gear that fits the 50+ waist with the near 60 jacket.

I do have a nice 5X Joe Rocket jacket and nice back up jacket. I tend to use those in the late summer and fall/early winter.

What I really need is a decent pair of pants with good riding characteristics for the summer but still useful for the fall.
A good summer jacket, or maybe riding shirt.

Any suggestions?

Check out cyclegear.com they have some larger sizes and 96 locations across the USA. Might even be able to try them on. Hope this helps?

I bought a pair of leather pants from cycle gear, 44 waist mind you and they actually fit quite large I am going to have to add some buttons or snaps to them so I can put some suspenders on. They are on sale right for 99 bucks and seem to be of fairly quality. They have padding in the knees and hips. Big R
