removing swing arm needle bearings?

Hello,what procedure are others using to take out the swing arm needle bearings?
.... its for an 85 FJ

I did this a year or so ago. I found a socket that was slightly under sized for the bearing and another that was over sized. The under size socket pushes the bearing through without getting stuck, the oversize socket on the other side gives it a place to go and a solid home for the other end of the C clamp. With a C clamp I can press the old one out and a new one in. Measure before you take out the old ones to get the spacing for the seals for the new one. I knew I should have taken pics of how I did this....
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
