Hi Everyone,
New guy to the forum. Met a couple of guys from the forum at the Yamaha dealer today and they turned me on to this site. Just finished a really nice 1984 Fj1100 and sadly had to sell after a 2 year rebuild. Looking forward toto meeting everyone.

No, just older...Not better!
The pink strip is the rare model, compared to the "belly-button" red colored FJs. LOL!

I have to admit, there were 3 pink stripers at the Colorado Rally, so we were giving those red ones a run for their money.

If things work out Mark, you'll get a chance to see just how wonderful mine looks in person! I will be WCR-bound next year!

Hey Leon I forgot to remind u the T shirt I gave is
yours until you have performed the duties of the drinks bitch
so at the next rally u need to get every one a drink before you can pass
it onto the new bitch!!  :sarcastic:

Baldy, have a safe trip home. Hope to see you again. I
do have some very clean fj parts, just like the fuel tank Baldy mentinef, but
I didn't want to come into the group trying to sell parts from the get-go.
I will post some pics later, but if anyone is interested in the fuel tank
give me a yell.
Jeff.

The pics from both WCR's show a strong Red and Silver/White attendance... Do you think the Pink Striper's are gonna make a comeback???

"I have to admit, there were 3 pink stripers at the Colorado Rally"

That must be the entire inventory of Pink Stripes.......

It will still be good met you and tease you for having a Pink Stripe..... Maybe you can be the "Pink Power Ranger"? Might have to fight Baldy for the title......
