After deliberation and much thought I put my 1987 FJ 1200 up for sale.

The bike sold and the new owner is Mike from Murietta.

I have pointed him squarely at this site and expect him to join soon. I know I am gonna miss the FJ  :cray: but am pleased to see it go to experienced and caring hands in the new owner.

My wife limits my addiction to 2 bikes at any one time and I did buy a replacement for the FJ yesterday to joim my Warrior.

A black 2011 Triumph Speed Triple.

Mark, Steve and Mike can I still come out and ride with the old FJ's, please. I promise to be on good behavior.

Safe trips to all and farewell.

Good behavior is not required but appreciated, stay connected so we can schedule rides.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

TerryK,

Who's gonna stir from the left now?
We need balance on this list!
You know the political shit is only going to get deeper and deeper for the next 5 months.

Ride safe.

Sorry to see the 87 go from the group / both you and the bike were a good mix.  I guess you don't need that front rear portion fender now.   Maybe the new owner will chime in.

Will post the rides when we do them.... funny now that summer is here there is competition for the weekends with the jetskis and I don't have enough time.

take care Terry --hope to see you around

Terry we all make decisions that at some time come back to bite us on the ass, but such is life as a very famous Australian said as the they sentenced him to hang, I too did the same thing sold my beloved FJ after my wife said it had to go as you can only ride 1 @ a time  :empathy2: I have since come to my senses & have gotten rid of that wife and now am the proud owner of a 2005 FJR which I love and now a nice 91 Pink striped FJ in the US, neither of which have caused me as much grief as she did  :sarcastic:
Ride safe you never know you may one day come to your senses and purchase another  :rofl2:
