Engine side fairings?

Saw this while browsing eBay.
I suppose they are custom made, or is this some strange European mutant FJ1100?

i believe those are Lockhart aftermarket pieces for the FJ 1100

they fill in between the upper fairing and the chin fairing to make it look like a full fairing.
