Hello everyone.
I am a newbie to the forum but not to FJs.
The current FJ is a 1989 3CV.
I am a computer engineer by trade and have been riding bikes for around 35 years, got on the first one when I was 9 years old.
The wife SWMBO is a regular pillion and she loves the FJ as much as I do, in fact it was her suggestion a few years ago that got me my first one.
This is the old girl, the FJ that is not the wife.

I have done a few mods since this photo but dont have a decent shot to put on here, I will update this later.
Mods so far are FZR 1000 exup wheels fitted front and rear, hagon shock on rear, hagon progressive springs up front. braided hoses, bar risers, givi rack, seat with gel inserts and chromed bar ends as like some bling.
Oh and the bikes done 85000 miles.

Welcome Lev! Nice bike. What kind of seat is that?
Sorry for the delay in replying, I have been busy of late.
Thanks for the welcome guys
The seat is one I had made by a local firm to suit the other half as she is long in the leg and the standard seat hight was causing her issues after an hour or so, its raised an extra inch over a standard one with gel inserts and a firmer foam base under it to give her a bit more leg room.
It works a treat and has improved her comfort a lot, helped me as well.
Unfortunately its not the nicest looking seat IMHO but it does mean that he is a lot happier on the back.

Hello LEV if she is happy then we are happy. Please send pix and more info of seat mod. I bought corbin saddle for my FJ (gunfighter and lady) my wife still complains. The only thing she likes is a blow up pillow to sit on for any amount of time. It works but looking for something better. Thank you!!!!!!!
