My Jon Cain side stand extention

After welding the adapter plate to the bottom of the stand, I body worked it so it blended in nicely, epoxy primed it and then base coat/ clear coat silver to match the frame on the bike.
The aluminium extention piece was also blended to fit and then polished.

I hope I have done Jon proud with this mod.

Leon, it looks good, but I don't think I could ever ask my FJ to wear platfrom shoes.  Now, mebbe if they were blue suede ...
