So if I throw a Uni filter (in the airbox) on my '85 FJ1100, will I need to re-jet? I know it'll lean me out SOME, but how much? I've had bikes where an air filter caused major sputtering, and some where it did nothing carb-wise. Where does this sled lay? Thanks! Mark W.

Is your exhaust stock? What is your altitude?

Do the pilot jets, go up to a #40.  You will be amazed what it does for the overall running of your FJ!  :good:

Stock pipes, and under 1K feet 99.9% of the time :) Mark W.

I had a uni filter in my airbox for years until I changed to Uni Pod filters.
The "in the airbox" filter required no jetting changes.
