NSW Oz Police on FJR1300a'S

Hi Fellow FJ'ers

I saw this article and wondered if other police around the world use FJR's

This article is about 3yrs old so they have been riding them for a while .They even used fj1200's prior.
I have seen a police fjr at a local yamaha dealer.Nice

Would probably look good with the red/white ambulance paint scheme

Qld cops use FJR 1300 also

But recipient they were on BMWs same as NSW used to be

Looks like the after-market add ons are the same in Aus as in Hungary.

I could only spot some tiny differences.I wonder how an fjr1300 front end would go on an 86?

I've seen those FJ1200 police fairings in person Jeff.......not impressed to tell you the truth.....too upright for my liking.

I'm not aware of anyone trying  FJR1300 forks. They may work out ok...... depends on the distance between and the offset at the triples...and probably a few other factors that I'm not even going to contemplate. I found the FZ1 forks to be a very easy and worthwhile upgrade.
