Arnie, as you would expect, Victoria leads the world in it's war on motorists. Those point to point averaging speed cameras have been on the Hume between Somerton and Craigieburn since it opened 5 or 6 years ago on what must be one of the safest stretches of road in the country.

I love how he says the overal speedin percentage has decreased at permanent speed camera areas.........of course they have because we all know they are there. The people that are speeding just slow down then speed up again once they are clear.
