Why does FedEx SUCK so FUCKING much. They are such idiots at best at the local level.

I will do all I can in the future to not use them. This little mistake (in their words) will cost them $2000.00 plus.
That will kill her profit margin this week. They should realize that all packages are not dry goods or gifts and could possibly be very expensive medicine that can and will go bad. Never again, Independent contractor fucking idiots.

That's exactly the problem.  All the FedEx Ground guys are independent contractors, not corporate employees.

A few years ago, one of those drivers actually faked my (and several others) signature and made off with several items from the truckload he was delivering.  The manager at the Regional Hub (10 minutes away) showed up on my doorstep with a brand-new replacement item.  Call them... it certainly can't hurt anything.

About 10 years ago I was waiting on a package from the Pentagon.  When it was late, I called FedEx and they said it had been delivered (which it hadn't)  The next day the FedEx driver came in and told me had been running late on that day,,,,,,, so he shipped the package UPS!!!!!
