Hi guys,

My name's Bob, from Greeley, CO.  I bought my 1984 FJ1100 three years ago with 16k miles on it, in about 9/10 cosmetic condition.  It had been sitting for years, so after a new battery, cleaning and synchronizing the carbs, fork seals and a clutch slave cylinder, it was in great operating condition.  Then I found the yahoo site and got bit by the mod bug.
So far, some of my mods include:
-17" FZR front wheel mounted on '92 forks with blue-dot brakes, Galfer ss lines and R1 master cyclinder.
-17" GSXR rear wheel conversion.
-Corbin seat, JC Whitney trunk, fairing mounted front turn signals, factory engine guards.

I'm running Pirelli Diablo Strada tires. (180/55 on the back)
I now have 33k on the bike, and ride almost everyday, weather permitting.

I love the new site, and wanted to thank you all for the wealth of information you have provided both here and on the yahoo site.  You have made my FJ experience so much better!

Thanks to all of you,
Bob Piedalue

Welcome Bob.  I have a great fondness the area of the world you live -used to live in Westminster, and then Fort Collins.

Great riding just west of you -as you well know.

Frank:  I'll be doing Glacier in early July, what a coincidence...
