I don't know where else to look. Hopefully the guys who have been there and done that with there FJ's will know what to do. I do all the work my cars and on my 2004 R6. Bought her with 13,000 miles and she now has 64,000. So I know how to keep a bike running. But this FJ is kicking my butt!!! Bought it back in april. Did an oil and filter change right off the bat, and started taking her back and forth to work.
THE PROBLEM!
Flash forward 3 months: I do a trip out threw the desert, from San Diego out to Hoover Damn and back, all on forgotten roads. She started and stopped fine. Countless times, ran her at high speeds for decent amounts of time(what else is one supossed to do on a forgoton back road ) Got home, late that night, parked her. Next day wont start. So I go threw the routine. Check battery, throw it on a trickler. Next day, will not start. And by not start this is what I mean: Turn key on, turn kill switch on, hit start button, bike dose turn over, but with not run. Sounds like it wants to but just spins. I here the relay(fuel pump) clicking alot. So I take off the panel and check it out. Looked fine. Forgot to put it back on. Went on and checked the fuel, half full, no crude in tank. Carbs were sinked and cleaned right before I brought it home. Go to start it again, and it kicks over like a fuel injected bike. WTF!?! :diablo: I go to give it a twist of the throttle and it die as soon as I blip it. I go to start it again, and it turns over, runs, but rough...Then I remember the relay, CRAP! Go to plug it in and it dies the instant its connected. Have had the same thing happen every time I try to start it. PLEASE, help me out...

My first guess is that the fuel pump relay is shorted internally.  Check it carefully or replace it with a known good relay.
You may (also) have a problem with your fuel pump.  Sounds like you're not getting enough fuel.

You could bypass the fuel pump and see how it runs like that, but you won't have a fuel cutoff.
