Hi, Can someone help answer this question!  I am working on my 1992 fj1200 (has fuel pump) .  The Needle & valve Seat Assy (1.5) for Fuel Pump models. .  this "1.5", is this the opening of the hole in the seat in mm. and is the older gravity feed seat hole (2.3) smaller or larger then the 1.5?  its seems the 1.5 seat would be a smaller hole. if so i have the wrong ones in my bike now.  are the needles from the two kits the same (they look to be the same) is this critical. Thanks for your help.

This is the float needle and seat im refering to. I picked up the bike a few months back and it has low end bogging issues.  someone could have rebuilt it prior to me and installed the wrong float needle seats. if so restoring the right size may clear up my problems...

thanks for the carb kit randy,  I have both seat sets here already, I'll install the smaller 1.5 Dia seats, will the floats needles be the same.  it runs alot better with the fuel pump hooked up but with the wrong 2.3mm seat it still seems lean on the blip test and boggs untill 2,500 RPM. pilot screws are out 4 1/2  turns.  i guess the different seat is what actually changes the float height or shut off point.  because it does not have to travel as far into the seat before it shuts off fuel.  interesting !
