Thankyou all for the great website.

Good to see another join the fold! Doesn't sound like you need to be told what an awesome ride these machines are!  Stay involved and keep riding!

Welcome Jeff.

You've come to the right place for FJ lore, and fellowship.

As an aside, how many 86's did Yamaha sell?!  It must be one of the highest volume years.  Anyone know for sure?

Welcome jeff. There`s about 32 FJers in oz (guesstimate). Love your "Putty road" and especially the "Bells Line of Road". My brother runs a great cafe there called the "Bellbird Echo Centre" Kurrajong. (Bikers most welcome - RHS heading West - up the Hill). Doug

Glad to have you here Jeff!
Ride well and ride often!

Dan, I was thinking the very same thing!
A whole website just for 1986 FJs would fill up fast with members!

Funny really, the very first FJ I looked at to buy, years ago, was.... you guessed it, an 86!

But, I held out for the far better looking blue model!
