Check the FILES section, you should find what you need there. It's best to do as much research as possible then ASK the great members of this forum rather than demanding. good luck/karma. your gonna need it.

You forgot to mention to stay away from Klavdy if your gonna be indecisive, pissy or political (or any combination of same). Consider it a public service announcement. Failing to follow this warning will result in a tremendous amount of entertainment for the many digital popcorn eaters of this site.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Lol srry guys didn't mean to sound harsh. I was in a hurry thanx for replies.  And thanx for having me hope I can learn more from u guys

Also on the list, don't mince characters, it's not a text message so it's okay to fully spell things out.

Otherwise, take it to a dealer.

Hey Silas, here's what I'll do... It sounds like you are in a hurry.
It's not appropriate (or legal) to scan copyrighted material from my Haynes manual, and post it here on the FJ Forum. Marsh could get into trouble...... yea, prolly unlikely, but technically possible.

I'll scan the pages on the valve adjustment procedure and e-mail them to you, IF you do something for us...

Go over to the Introduction section and do a small post on yourself.....Deal?   Pat

well guys thanx for all the help so far. again sorry for the rude intro. i have adjusted the valves next is carb sync. my issue is i cant get a steady idle either really high or really low. im sure that could have something to do with carb sync. new issue on top of that i am starving for fuel. i am planning on re roughting the fuel line. i have done some reading on here about the pet cock having some issues. i plan on disassemling the pet cock . the history that i know of on this bike is that the tank was bought from a donor bike. it does have prime and one position. thanx guys :good2:

your local dealer, if they are kind enough, should be able to swap out your shims to the sizes you need. First valve job I did, I ended up buying OEM shims at $15/piece!
some places will charge you to swap them out, but at a much lesser price

oh, and i've also noticed it's almost impossible to find metric feeler gauges locally, buying them on fleabay from china was what i had to do.
