Where the heck can you keep your ball-cap on the FJ so it doesn't blow away when you give'er the gas off a green light?  I've been stuffing mine inbetween the dash and the windscreen, but when I gave it the gears, it blew away...I like it handy to replace my helment, tried it under the seat, but it takes too long to retrieve it.

Wedge the bill between the seat and tank...

I open the adjuster in the back of the hat and loop it around the clutch hose just to the left of the ignition switch, and reconnect it together.
It never blows off, but somewhere around 100mph it flips up and covers the gauges. But, then you can tell the cops you don't know how fast you was going because you couldn't see the speedo.

I stuff it in my jacket near my ribs, always wearing the proper gear. I have not lost a single hat this way. Some ribs have a wee bit more armor that the other side.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
