locked seat

Ok, this is dumb but I accidently locked the key of the bike under the seat when it went into storage.

Question is, any good way to open the seat lock without drilling or hiring a locksmith? Anybody done this before?

Magnet on a stick maybe??? Depends on where the key was at the time. Pull the rear side cover off if you can.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
